Robert Yang (b. 1991, Nashville)
Robert is an interior architect currently based in Providence, Rhode Island. With a focus on adaptive reuse, he transforms historic buildings into environments that promote social dynamism and foster healthy communities.
He received his Master of Design in Interior Architecture at the Rhode Island School of Design, and his Bachelor of Arts from Williams College, where he studied Environmental Science and Art History/Studio. For more than four years, he has worked in Business Development, Marketing, and PR for a collection of New York's premier design firms, including WXY architecture + urban design, AvroKO, Diller Scofidio + Renfro, and Skidmore Owings & Merrill.
Robert is also a classically trained cellist and an avid printmaker with experience in intaglio and woodcut relief.
